Crawlspace Antipathy heads for mixing.
Now we are done for the recordings of Crawlspace Antipathy and the medias have been delivered to Mr. Mika Jokela for mixing
who also did an excellent job with the mix of Black Light Zodiac. If all goes well the promo will be out in late October.
"Been listening to the rough, unmixed drafts of the songs and have to say that we've created a monster.
I guarantee that this will not be a CD for the masses and some people might dislike it a lot
because of it's diversity and overwhelming amount of content,
but I know there's a healthy bunch of you who will enjoy this a lot,

D.V Grim hosting 21st Nummirock Metal Festival.
Although Wrathage isn't playing at the Nummirock Metal Festival this year we are still well present there
as D.V Grim will be hosting both of the big stages this year.

Antipathy underway.
We had the most efficient last weekend for the recordings of the coming Wrathage promo - Crawlspace Antipathy .
Drums, bass and all guitars are now recorded as well as Scythe's vocals. D.V Grim will do his vocals soon and maybe some keyboards
and after that this masterpiece will head to mixing so we're still in schedule waiting for a summer 2007 release.

Black Movement Conspiracy for you.
'Cause of the fact that we're playing in Hellsinki in a couple of weeks we again went soft
and decided to share our private home studio archives some more.
Another “demo” version of one of the songs from the coming promo is now available for download.
This bad boy is called Black Movement Conspiracy and presents
a more twisted side of the work in process material so Yes - you should be excited for what's to come.
“The sound differs some from The Abscess since this one's done by my gear and Abscess by D.V Grim's,
but at the end of the day it works like hell and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
The composition will live a bit once we have the actual version recorded.”

Hel(l)sinki Antipathy
Conquering the world is now official and we'll start from the Finnish capital city.
Wrathage will play in Helsinki 14.4.2007 and the venue for this grand happening is Hevimesta, Helsinki.
Accompanying Wrathage that night is Deadheads, band also originating from northern Finland, so check out their pages.
One hell of a metal feast guaranteed - We expect to see you there.

Wrathage in the studio.
Okay, the plans have changed a bit since the last information and to everyone's disappointment no full length is yet being recorded.
We shall create another promotional masterpiece this fall and pursue finding a proper collaboration channel for us with this.
Yesterday, saturday 24th Kusmin recorded the drums with A.Lindholm (Lambs, The duskfall) for five new Wrathage songs to be included on this promo and these are:

So Crawlspace Antipathy won't yet be THE full length but a Promo CD. There might be 1-2 bonus tracks included also, but more info will follow if so.

Jalometalli Winterfest
The Jalometalli Winterfest 2007 gig was a success for Wrathage and we wish to thank the Jalometalli Crew for the well handled arrangements,
other bands that played that night and especially all you metalheads for being such a great audience (The moshpit!).
We received some “Official Bootleg” video from Mr. Raimo Juola, who had shot 7 songs from our gig and one of these can already be seen at Youtube and more will follow.
We also shot the gig with our own camera and this video will be available someday.
It wasn’t mentioned during the gig, but Ms. Mia Heinonen played live keyboards on the Emperor cover from behind the mixing table
so great many thanks to Mia for the performance and the sound engineering.

Jalometalli and happenings.
Wrathage will play live this saturday and some definite ass kicking guaranteed there.
The show will have the first ever live Wrathage keyboards in one of the songs, with Ms. Mia Heinonen who also played the keyboards on anNihil[N]ation.
Also this is a live debut in Wrathage guitar for H.Beast so we're really looking forward to see how that head bangs on stage.
It's decided that the set will include three songs of the coming material and one cover song, totalling in some 45 minutes.
D.V Grim recorded a 2 song Promo for an Oulu based Metal band Bleak Crowd in January and during that take
we decided to record one of the new song's drums to test the sounds and ideas for the coming recording sessions.
Time will tell whether that version of “The mercury insolence” will end up on share but at the moment the drums and bass are recorded.

Wrathage plays at Jalometalli Winterfest 2007
The venue for the show is the biggest rock club in Finland Club Teatria and the festival is held on saturday 24th of february.
Other bands playing that night are Deathchain, Moonsorrow, myGrain, Impish and Hebosagil.
The Wrathage set for this night will include some unheard songs from the coming full lengt.

THE full lenght Post-poned
The recordings of the coming Wrathage Full Lenght "Crawlspace Antipathy" have been delayed to spring 2007.
At the moment we are just too busy to find the proper time for the recording sessions and since we don't want to rush with our masterpiece,
we have decided to delay the recordings atleast for a couple of months.
This time will be well spent polishing the ready songs and composing new material also so the below mentioned tracklist might live a bit.

THE full lenght
Wrathage Full lenght composing is coming to an end and we shall embark towards studio before December 2006.
The CD will be titled "Crawlspace Antipathy" and atleast these tracks will be included:
- Walking to death
- The abscess
- The retrieval
- Black movement conspiracy
- Hic sunt diabolos
- As night Falls
- The mercury insolence
And propably three tracks from the 2 Wrathage promos (Hellworlds, Sadicum, Glory Black).
Some of you might have noticed the familiar song titles and yes some of those tracks have been made earlier
but are now completely re-done and way more interesting.
The original version of As night falls can be downloaded from MIKSERI
Interested labels can already contact the band.
Black Gold
The "Black gold - Modern times of Oulu rock" compilation was released quite recently and has been spread all the way to Germany by now.
The compilation has a RE-mastered version of Sadicum done by D.V Grim and this version cannot be obtained from anywhere else at the moment.
The CD-label and additional info will follow.
New Online Nation
A new layout for www.wrathage.com is underway by a local designer and should be released during 2006 - we shall see how it turns out.

Rockpolis will release a compilation of music from Oulu. This is a double CD and Wrathage participated with the song Sadicum.

Black fucking zodiac ready and available!
Finally the long waited Wrathage live-DVD Black fucking zodiac is available for the public.
This DVD is mainly meant for promotional use but some pieces are available for purchase so be quick.
The DVD includes Wrathage’s live video from the Jalometalli metal festival and also the whole Annihilating live-DVD in full
so two gigs and one hell of a live action.
H.BEAST Unleashed
The new Wrathage guitarist that fills the void left by Chaos is H.Beast.
Nothing that interesting in the previous bands section but he did have a death metal band
back in the 90’s called “Remains” together with A.Kokko from Kalmah.

The population of 2000 breached.
Last weekend was a very productive one. The Immortal cover is recorded, only some minor takes to come soon.
Black light zodiac only needs some more vocals and some keyboards and it’s ready for mixing.
Both of the recordings should be made ready by the end of the month.

Before the monumental beast was played 29.5.2005 at the legendary
Finnish metal program Metalliliitto at radio station Ylex.
Again 2 more reviews of anNihil[N]ation added to the media section, this time reviewed at
Vampire magazine and Myrrtronth.
What’s up with this whole Dimmu borgir stuff? Other bands besides Dimmu borgir use keyboards.
Personally haven’t listened to them for several years so we’ll have to agree they’re
following our lead! Well we’ll give ‘em hell with “BLACK LIGHT ZODIAC” soon! ROK.

Wrathage enters studio on 11th of june to record “Through the halls of eternity” from
Immortal’s Battles in the north. Black light Zodiac will also be continued with these
sessions and should be made ready at the end of the month.

with a three page interview with Wrathage. Read the interview here
Due to huge demand and limited pieces, the live-DVD “Annihilating” has been sold out.
Still the video is available at these pages under releases link.
The few remaining pieces will be used for promotional purposes.
Due to tight schedules of the band members the rest of the recording of the new promo
that will be titled “Black Light Zodiac” and the Immortal cover have been delayed
two weeks to the end of the month.

The population of our nation has finally reached 1000 in less than 2 months.
